Employee Purchase Program by Earth Sense

At Earth Sense, we are committed to providing sustainable services to our clients, including e-waste management and handling services. To support our clients’ employees, we offer the “Employee Purchase Program,” allowing them to purchase used assets they have utilized during their employment.

How the Program Works:

  1. Asset Purchase Program Setup
    Earth Sense will organize an asset purchase program at the client’s office premises.
  2. Device Sales to Employees:
    1. Earth Sense will offer selected or identified devices for sale to designated employees who have opted to purchase the device previously issued by the client for work purposes.
    2. The client will provide a list of assets, and Earth Sense will deliver the laptops upon receiving the agreed purchase payment from the employees.
    3. The sale proceeds, after deducting service charges, will be paid directly to the client.
  3. Direct Employee Purchases:
    1. If the laptops are not received at the Earth Sense warehouse, the asset purchase price for identified devices will be communicated by Earth Sense.
    2. Employees will make payments through the standard invoice process for materials sold online, detailed on our online portal (http://www.earthsenseshopping.com).
  4. Device Collection by Earth Sense:
    1. If the assets are collected by Earth Sense, they will be transported to our facility and segregated based on the names of employees opting for purchase.
    2. The same devices will be sold back to the employees online, requiring them to register through the Earth Sense online sale portal.
  5. Data Wiping:
    1. Clients must arrange to wipe data, OS, and any other information from the devices as per their IT protocol before handing them over to Earth Sense.
    2. Upon request, Earth Sense can perform data wiping at a minimal cost, as per a mutual agreement.
  6. Special Discounts:
    1. Employees can purchase devices online directly and will receive a special discount if the client routes their asset disposal and e-waste management services through Earth Sense.
    2. The procedure and terms and conditions remain the same.
  7. Online Payment:
    1. An online payment option is available for employees registering for the Employee Purchase Program with Earth Sense.
    2. Receipts for payments will be provided by Earth Sense.
  8. Device Handover:
    1. Earth Sense will hand over the laptops only to the designated employee who has paid the required amount.
    2. Clients must provide the employee ID and name of the employee collecting the purchased device.
    3. If the purchasing employee authorizes another person to collect the device on their behalf, Earth Sense will verify the authorization and maintain a record.
